This 20 year old female had a breast reduction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had been experiencing back and neck paid that was attributed to her breast size. This surgery was performed by one of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Her follow up photos were taken five months after surgery.
