This 29 year old female had a bilateral breast reduction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by her large breasts (macromastia) and constant back pain. A breast reduction helped relieve her back pain and gave her a more contoured appearance. Her procedure was performed by one of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Her before and after photos were taken 4 months apart.
