This 45 year old female received a lower facelift, necklift, and submental liposuction at West County Plastic Surgeons of Washington University in St. Louis, MO. This patient was primarily concerned with her neck and submental area. She also noticed some jowling of her lower face. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken one year post surgery.
