This 30-year-old man received gynecomastia correction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. He had been bothered by the appearance of his chest since puberty and was aggravated by the way his chest rubbed against his T-shirts while running. This procedure was performed by one of our board-certified plastic surgeons from Washington University. The after photos were taken three months post-surgery.
