This 25-year-old female received an open rhinoplasty at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by her dorsal hump, bulbous tip and tip projection. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 1 year post-surgery.
