This 41-year-old female received a breast augmentation and mastopexy at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She desired larger breasts and, after having children, wanted a more lifted appearance. The procedure was performed by one of the Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons.
