This 34-year-old female received bilateral breast augmentation and a breast lift at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was concerned about the sagging appearance of her natural breasts and desired a lifted, slightly larger look. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The after photos were taken 11 months post-surgery.
