This 21-year-old male received a lower body lift in addition to gynecomastia at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. He was bothered by excess skin after losing a massive amount of weight. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. His after pictures were taken 11 months after his surgery.
