This 36 year old female received a bilateral breast implant replacement at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. Her previous implants had developed capsular contracture on her right side. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington Univeristy Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
