This 39-year-old female received bilateral breast augmentation and a breast lift at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was concerned about the deflated appearance of her breasts after breastfeeding and desired a more lifted, rounder, and fuller shape. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The after photos were taken 5 months post-surgery.
