This 65 year old female received a facelift, necklift and fat transfer to the eyes and face at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She desired a more rejuvenated neck and was bothered by the excess skin and tissue along her neck and jawline. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Before and after photos were taken 15 months post surgery.
