A 27-year-old female received a rhinoplasty at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was concerned about her right midvault concavity, which caused a crooked appearance of her nose, a downward-turned tip, and a bulbous tip. This procedure was performed by one of our plastic surgeons from Washington University. After photos were taken one year post-surgery.
