This 21-year-old patient underwent bilateral gender affirming chest reconstruction with reduction of breast tissue with free nipple grafts at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 6 months post-surgery.
