This 22-year-old transgender male underwent bilateral gender affirming top surgery with subcutaneous mastectomies and inferior pedicle nipple areola repositioning at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 1 month post-surgery.
