This 26-year-old patient has undergone bilateral gender affirming chest reconstruction with reduction of breast tissue as well as central chest cyst excision at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 5 weeks post-surgery.
