This 45-year-old female received a breast augmentation and liposuction to the axilla at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was concerned about the appearance of her breasts after breastfeeding multiple children and desired a fuller and more lifted look. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The after photos were taken 3 months post-surgery.
