Dr. Dennis Nguyen ("WIN") is a board-eligible plastic surgeon at West County Plastic Surgeons. He is an assistant professor at Washington University School of Medicine. He joined the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in August 2020.
Dr. Nguyen graduated from the University of California San Francisco with a doctorate of medicine. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis. He went on to further his education at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, as a clinical fellow in adult reconstructive and aesthetic craniomaxillofacial surgery. All of these medical institutions have consistently ranked in the top 10 in US News and World Report.
He is the author of more than 30 peer-reviewed research articles (pediatric, craniofacial, trauma, aesthetic) and textbook chapters, and has been a featured presenter at national and international surgical and medical conferences.
Dr. Nguyen specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face (blepharoplasty, brow lifts, facelifts, facial implants, post-traumatic/congenital deformities, rhinoplasty) and breast, as well as transgender facial contouring procedures to match a patient’s outward appearance to their gender identity.
