This 34 year old female had a bilateral mastopexy and extended abdominoplasty, or "mommy makeover," with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had massive weight loss and was bothered by her excess skin and breast ptosis. Her procedures were performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Before and after photos were taken 2 months apart.
