Tummy Tucks (Abdominoplasties): Case A1

This patient in her mid 40's had an abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” in Saint Louis at West County Plastic Surgeons. She had a hip to hip incision and plication of rectus diastasis in exchange for being able to create a tauter abdomen with tighter skin. This means that in addition to removing extra skin the abdominal muscles were sewn back together to their more natural, tighter position, as they were when she was younger. She also had bilateral liposuction of the flanks
