This patient in her early 30’s had an extended abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” in Saint Louis at West County Plastic Surgeons. She had a hip to hip incision with no plicating of the rectus diastasis. This means that the abdominal muscles were not sewn back together because had a desire to have more children but with a better contour.
