Tummy Tucks (Abdominoplasties): Case I6

This patient in her mid 30’s had a standard abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” in Saint Louis at West County Plastic Surgeons.  She had a hip to hip incision and plication of rectus abdominus in exchange for being able to smooth out the abdomen.  This means that in addition to removing extra skin the abdominal muscles were sewn back together to their more natural, tighter position.  Her main concern was to address the redundant skin and overhang of belly as much as possible.
