This 44 year old patient had an abdominoplasty with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by her excess fat and skin. She had an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks to address this issue. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Her before and after photos were taken 3 years apart.
