BREAST RECONSTRUCTION WITH IMPLANTS: CASE L1

This 46 year old woman had breast reconstruction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had breast cancer on the right side where a tissue expander was originally placed following her mastectomy. Once her skin had time to stretch, she was able to exchange the tissue expander for an implant. She has a 400cc Natrelle, style 20, silicone breast implant on her right side. Her left side had a mastopexy and augmentation with a 180cc implant to create better symmetry.
