This 55 year old patient had breast reconstruction with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had a complete mastectomy on her right side followed by tissue expander reconstruction. Once her right tissue expander was filled to her desired volume, she exchanged her expander for 300 cc Allergan, style 20 silicone breast implants. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washinton University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons.
