This 51 year old female had breast reconstruction with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. Following her mastectomies, she had bilateral tissue expanders and a latissimus flap (tissue taken from her back) placed on her left breast. Once her tissue expanders were filled to her desired volume, she exchanged them for 286cc Natrelle, style 15, silicone breast implants. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons.
