BREAST RECONSTRUCTION WITH YOUR OWN TISSUE: CASE M7

This 49 year old female had breast reconstruction with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She underwent tissue expander breast reconstruction following her bilateral mastectomies. She has 475cc style 20, silicone breast implants. Due to difficult wound healing on her right breast, she underwent a latissimus dorsi myocutaneous pedicle flap. Her procedure was performed by one of our experienced Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons.
