CORRECTIVE BREAST SURGERY: CASE C4

This 42 year old woman had an implant exchange at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She previously had breast implants and developed capsular contractures (scar tissue around the implant), which altered the appearance of her breasts. This was addressed with bilateral capsulectomies, implant exchange, and mastopexy (breast lift). She has 168 Natrelle Saline implants, 250cc on the right and 350cc on the left. Different sizes were used to give the patient good symmetry. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Her photos were taken 6 months post op.
