This 70 year old female received an implant replacement with capsulectomy and mastopexy at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had ruptured implants as well as bilateral capsular contracture. She also wanted them to be lifted. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Cerified Plastic Surgeons. Photos were taken four months after surgery.
