This 21-year-old male received gynecomastia surgery with free nipple grafts, in addition to a lower body lift, at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. He was bothered by excess skin after losing a significant amount of weight. This procedure was performed by one of our board-certified plastic surgeons from Washington University. His after photos were taken eleven months after his surgery.
