This 38 year old gentleman had painful bilateral gynecomastia. He had gynecomastia surgery through periareolar incision at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis. This procedure was performed by one of Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Photos were taken eight months after surgery.
