This 26 year old patient had female to male gender reassignment top surgery at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, Mo. The chest reconstruction was done with a subcutaneous mastectomy and a free nipple graft. This procedure allowed the patient to receive the masculin look he was looking for. Post op pictures were taken 1 month after surgery.
