This patient in her mid 20’s had an open rhinoplasty at West County Plastic Surgeons.  The patient had a septoplasty performed first and then a dorsal hump reduction, cartilage trim, and rotation and refinement of the tip to achieve a more feminine nose. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. Photos were taken 1 month after procedure.
