Tummy Tucks (Abdominoplasties): Case I14

This patient in her early 40’s had an abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” in Saint Louis at West County Plastic Surgeons. She had a hip-to-hip incision and plication of rectus diastasis in exchange for being able to smooth out the abdomen. This means that in addition to removing extra skin the abdominal muscles were sewn back together to their more natural, tighter position as well as the patient having bilateral liposuction to the flanks, mid and upper back.
