This 56 year old patient had a direct to implant breast reconstruction with West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had a skin sparing nipple sparing simple prophylactic mastectomy after finding out she had the BRCA mutation. This mutation put her at high risk for breast cancer. She has 400cc Allergan, style 20, high-profile, smooth, silicone implants. Her photos were taken 1 month post procedure.
