BREAST RECONSTRUCTION WITH IMPLANTS: CASE L4

This 40 year old patient had breast reconstruction with implants at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had a strong family history of breast cancer and chose to have prophylactic mastectomies. She immediately had tissue expanders placed following her mastectomies. Once the expanders were filled to the patient's desired amount, she exchanged them for 500cc Allergan, style 20, high profile, smooth, round silicone implants. Her procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons.
